Your Home. Your Vision.
A Clear Plan to Get There.
No two homes—or homeowners—are exactly alike. Your renovation shouldn't be either.
We start by understanding your home, how you live in it, what's working, what isn't, and what you want to change. Then we create a plan that brings thoughtful design and experienced construction together.
Know something needs to change but aren't sure what that change should be? That's where we can help. Daphne helps develop the design vision while John determines what it will take to bring that vision to life.
What We Renovate
We take on home renovation projects of all sizes, with a special focus on the spaces that can make the biggest difference in how you live every day.

From thoughtful updates to complete transformations, we create bathrooms that balance function, comfort and design.
Basements
Turn unfinished or underused square footage into intentional living space that feels like a natural extension of your home.

Have another renovation in mind. Let's talk. We take on a variety of home renovation projects throughout Central Ohio.
The Heritage Difference
Design + Construction Working Together
A successful renovation isn't just about how something looks or how it's built. It's about making sure the two work together.
With Daphne guiding the design and John overseeing construction, decisions are made with the finished space—and the path to getting there—in mind.
