We're John and Daphne Fandrich, the husband-and-wife team behind Heritage Restoration of Ohio—and we believe the best home transformations happen when thoughtful design and experienced construction work together.
Our love for home restoration began in 2014 when we were inspired to buy, renovate, and rent older homes. We sold our first renovated home in 2016 and quickly realized that flipping homes meant much more than a fun hobby or a simple transaction.
We genuinely enjoyed capturing the essence of a home’s character, learning about its history, and understanding the vision of its owners, then updating it with modern day designs and conveniences that preserve its rich history.
We founded Heritage Restoration in 2019, with both of us collaborating on projects full time, each contributing our unique strengths.
Meet Daphne
Daphne leads the design side of Heritage Restoration, helping clients turn ideas and inspiration into a clear, cohesive vision. She guides decisions around color, finishes, materials, layout, furnishings and the details that make a space feel complete.
She also works independently with design clients, creating personalized design plans for homeowners who aren’t completing their renovation with Heritage Restoration.
Meet John
John brings the construction expertise, problem-solving and attention to detail that turn those plans into finished spaces. He oversees the work, coordinates subcontractors, and manages the many moving parts required to bring the design from plan to finished space.
Together, John + Daphne get to know how you live, what you need from your space, what you love, and how you want your home to feel. Throughout the project, they keep the design and construction connected—and keep you informed along the way.
Today, Heritage Restoration takes on home renovation projects of all sizes throughout Central Ohio, with a special focus on kitchens, bathrooms and basements.
