John and Daphne Fandrich, a husband and wife restoration and design duo, are passionate about transforming your home’s project—big or small— into the vision you had always dreamed it would be.
Their love for home restoration began in 2014 when they were inspired to buy, renovate, and rent older homes. They sold their first renovated home in 2016 and quickly realized that flipping homes meant much more to them than a fun hobby or a simple transaction.
They genuinely enjoyed capturing the essence of a home’s character, learning about its history, and understanding the vision of its owners, then updating it with modern day designs and conveniences that preserve its rich history.
They founded Heritage Restoration in 2019, with both Daphne and John collaborating on projects full time, each contributing their own strengths.
Daphne is the home visionary – offering design suggestions, color recommendations, and procuring supplies and items needed while keeping the project on budget.
John is the hands-on renovation expert who oversees your construction project with meticulous precision and attention to detail. He obtains permits, coordinates subcontractors, and ensures the workmanship is complete to your utmost satisfaction.
Together they work closely with you, getting to know your wants, needs, style preferences, and desired “feel” of your home. Communication is key to a successful project, and Daphne and John take pride in keeping you informed of project details every step of the way.
From a honey-do list to a down-to-the-studs restoration, no project is too big or too small. They love to problem-solve, see opportunity in peeling wallpaper, and get excited about outdated plumbing and plastered walls where nothing is square. The couple handles every detail of your home renovation project from start to finish.
